Are there data limits?

No. Fibre connect is a dedicated connection so when we say 100mbps symmetrical, we mean 100mbps symmetrical.

Are the speeds guaranteed, What happens if my speeds aren't fast enough?

The speeds are guaranteed, to test your speeds to be sure, there are free websites where you can do so for free such as speedtest.net.

Will you throttle my speeds?

No. The speeds are unlimited your usage does not matter.

What’s your mean time to repair (mttr)?

It’s a 5hour MTTR in the unlikely event that your internet experiences a downtime.

What happens when there is a problem with my connection?

We have a technical support line i.e. 0111016200, 0793367022 that’s a 24hr call.

How experienced is your tech support like?
